Qualifications : Ivelisse López is a licensed real estate broker and broker-owner with more than three decades of experience in residential real estate, brokerage management, and leadership development in Puerto Rico. She currently serves as Federal Political Coordinator for Puerto Rico before the National Association of REALTORS® (2025–2027), representing REALTOR® interests in federal advocacy and public policy matters. She has held multiple senior leadership roles within REALTOR® organizations, including President of the Bayamón Board of REALTORS® (2024) and President-Elect and Founding Board Member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Greater Puerto Rico (2025–2026). Her national and regional leadership also includes service as Director and Founding Board Member of NAHREP Puerto Rico, and designation as a NAHREP 10 Certified Trainer (2019–2025). Ivelisse has been recognized multiple times as a NAHREP Top 250 Latino Real Estate Professional, an honor awarded to the highest-producing Latino REALTORS® nationwide. In addition to her real estate credentials, she is a certified life and business coach, licensed real estate instructor in Puerto Rico, and an experienced conference speaker focused on leadership, ethics, financial literacy, and professional development. Her background includes senior management roles with Century 21 and RE/MAX Caribbean, as well as more than 30 years leading her own brokerage, R.L. Realty Plus…, where she has overseen sales operations, agent training, investment portfolios, and brokerage compliance.
