Dear fellow REALTORS®, industry colleagues, and banking partners,
Today, I enthusiastically take on the presidency of this distinguished association, which for the past 70 years has served as a guide and support for the real estate industry in Puerto Rico.
We find ourselves in times of change and adaptation. It has never been more important for us to remain united as an industry. Together, we can build a prosperous future for all.
In this new year, I invite you, if you are not yet a REALTOR®, to join our association through one of our three local chapters:
Local Boards of REALTORS® are local associations of real estate professionals affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), one of the largest real estate organizations in the United States. These “local boards” provide members with access to resources, tools, and support to enhance their performance in the real estate industry. Benefits include access to the MLS, ongoing education, networking opportunities, representation on legal and political issues, and specialized certifications.
