The San Juan BOARD of REALTORS® is the organization of REALTORS® at the local level, an example of what a realtor® is, what his concepts are and why he is an organization. It is the most visible and best-known unit by the public. Overall excellence, effective leadership, cooperative work, and responsible participation in community affairs will earn you respect and recognition in that community. Instead, the absence of such characteristics will leave an adverse impression, and this will be reflected in the image of the real estate profession.
