Ruby Gonzalez is a highly respected real estate broker and industry leader with over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate across Puerto Rico. She is the Broker/Owner of Ruby Realty, founded in 1999, with recognized expertise in REO disposition, property valuations, foreclosure management, and investment properties.

As part of her national service to the REALTOR® organization, Ruby currently serves as Board of Directors Small Association Representative and Member of the Conventional Financing and Policy Committee at Large with the National Association of REALTORS®, representing the interests of small associations and contributing to national policy, financing, and governance discussions. Her leadership experience includes serving as 2022 President of the Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS® and holding multiple local and national leadership roles throughout her career.
