Gladys is an experienced real estate education leader who has served as Dean of Education for the Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS® (PRAR) and the San Juan Board of REALTORS® (SJBR). In the current year, she serves as Associate Dean of Education, supporting the development and delivery of REALTOR® education, continuing education programs, and professional development initiatives. She is also a licensed General Real Estate Instructor. In addition, Gladys has served in multiple capacities on the Board of Directors, including roles such as Secretary and Director at Large, contributing to organizational governance and leadership.
