Efraín González Carrión is an Attorney at Law, Government Affairs Specialist, and licensed Real Estate Broker with nearly three decades of experience in residential real estate, brokerage operations, public affairs, and association governance in Puerto Rico. He currently serves as a Member of the Risk Management Issues Committee, contributing legal, regulatory, and practical insight on risk mitigation, compliance, and best practices affecting REALTORS® and the real estate industry. Efraín has also served on the Boards of Directors of both the San Juan Board of REALTORS® and the Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS®, supporting sound governance and professional standards.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
