Eduardo Santos-Alvarado is a real estate investment specialist and technology strategist with more than 20 years of experience supporting professionals and investors through data-driven market analysis and digital transformation.

He is the President and Co-Founder of True Technologies, LLC, where he leads the development of real estate technology solutions, including IDX/MLS integrations, automation workflows, and operational systems that improve scalability and efficiency for brokers, agents, and organizations.

Eduardo also operates an independent consulting practice focused on international real estate investment strategy and emerging markets, integrating financial analysis with doctoral-level research on investor motivations in tourism and developing destinations.

He has served in senior leadership roles within REALTOR® organizations, including State President of the Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS® and President of the San Juan Board of REALTORS®. He currently serves as a member of the Technology Committee.
