Sonia Ivette Pacheco Irigoyen is a Puerto Rican real estate broker, political analyst, and former public official with a distinguished career spanning government, media, and the real estate industry.

She currently leads Sonia Pacheco Realty, where she specializes in residential sales and rentals across Puerto Rico, providing personalized service backed by strong market knowledge and communication expertise.

Sonia previously served as Representative to the Puerto Rico House of Representatives for District 3 (San Juan) from 2013 to 2016, representing the Popular Democratic Party (PPD). Her experience in public service has strengthened her leadership, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
