Services Offered
Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS® acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers, including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies. Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS® is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, or failures attributable to such providers.
Bookings and Payments
By providing your phone number and giving your consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS®, which may include:
Transactional messages related to your account, bookings, or requested services
Confirmations, reminders, and important notifications
Marketing messages and promotions, only if you have provided your express consent
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction and the services requested.
Consent (Opt-In)
Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained clearly and explicitly through web forms, checkboxes, or other authorized means.
Providing consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of making a purchase.
Service Cancellation (Opt-Out)
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to the number from which you receive the messages. Once the request is submitted, you will receive a cancellation confirmation and will no longer receive messages.

Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered messages, or failures in the transmission of SMS messages.
Privacy of Information
The handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS® does not share, sell, or rent mobile opt-in information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
Modifications
Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS® reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will become effective once published on the website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and comply with industry regulations and standards for A2P (Application-to-Person) communications.
Age-Gated Content
Some services, promotions, communications, or content offered by Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS® may be subject to age restrictions in accordance with carrier policies, CTIA Guidelines, and applicable law.
By registering, subscribing, or interacting with our services, the user represents and warrants that:
They are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction to receive such content.
They provide truthful and accurate information regarding their age.
Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS® reserves the right to:
Implement age verification mechanisms when required.
Restrict, suspend, or cancel access to content or services if it is determined that the user does not meet the applicable age requirements.
Refuse to send SMS/MMS messages when the content is classified as age-gated and the user has not confirmed compliance with the minimum age requirement.
